We provide licensed nursing services to patients referred by orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare providers, with a focus on personal injury cases in South Florida.
Our services are intended for licensed healthcare providers, law firms, and their authorized representatives — not directly for patients. Patients seeking care should be referred through their treating physician or surgeon.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate patient referrals from authorized healthcare providers. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
By submitting a patient referral through our website or any other means, you represent and warrant that:
Submission of a referral does not constitute a guarantee of service. NurseCare One reserves the right to decline any referral at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases outside our service area or scope of care.
NurseCare One is committed to full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and all applicable state privacy laws. All patient information received through referrals is treated as protected health information (PHI) and handled accordingly.
We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Patient data is used solely for the purpose of coordinating and delivering post-surgical nursing care and related clinical documentation.
For questions regarding our privacy practices or to report a potential HIPAA concern, contact us at [email protected].
NurseCare One provides post-surgical home nursing care services including, but not limited to: wound care and dressing changes, medication management, vital signs monitoring, PI-ready clinical documentation, physical therapy compliance support, and direct surgeon communication.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, patients should call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Service availability is subject to geographic coverage, nurse availability, and clinical appropriateness. NurseCare One reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NurseCare One and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services.
NurseCare One's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NurseCare One in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
