NurseCare One Healthcare, LLC is a healthcare staffing company and does not provide direct patient care.

In limited circumstances, we may receive Protected Health Information (PHI) in connection with staffing assignments, credentialing, onboarding, or compliance requirements.

When PHI is received, we:

• Limit access to authorized personnel only
   
• Use PHI solely for staffing, credentialing, compliance, or contractual purposes
   
• Maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
   

We do not use PHI for marketing purposes and do not disclose PHI unless permitted or required by law.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and PHI, including:

• Secure electronic systems
   
• Restricted access protocols
   
• Credential verification procedures
   
• Secure document handling
   

Despite safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

All healthcare professionals placed by NurseCare One Healthcare, LLC are engaged as independent contractors (1099) unless otherwise specified in writing.

By submitting an application or accepting assignments, you acknowledge that:

• You are not an employee of NurseCare One Healthcare, LLC
   
• You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes
   
• You are responsible for maintaining active licensure, certifications, and required insurance
   
• You control the manner and means of performing your professional services, subject to client facility policies
