All healthcare professionals placed by NurseCare One Healthcare, LLC are engaged as independent contractors (1099) unless otherwise specified in writing.

By submitting an application or accepting assignments, you acknowledge that:

• You are not an employee of NurseCare One Healthcare, LLC
   
• You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes
   
• You are responsible for maintaining active licensure, certifications, and required insurance
   
• You control the manner and means of performing your professional services, subject to client facility policies
   

Nothing on this website or in communications shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.

Submission of an application or credentials does not guarantee:

• Placement
   
• Minimum hours
   
• Ongoing assignments
   

Assignments are offered based on client needs, availability, credentials, and compliance requirements.
